I'm going out of town for a month. Can you hang onto my quilt for me and I'll pick it up when I get back?
-
Absolutely! I'm always happy to hang onto a quilt for customer. In general, I prefer quilts to be paid for within 5 business days of contacting you that they're ready for pickup. If you can't pickup in that time frame, I'll email you an invoice that can be paid online, and I'll hold onto your quilt until you can swing by the studio for pickup.

My quilt isn't square and I didn't press my seams very well. Will it still turn out okay?
-
I can't always guarantee how a quilt will turn out. I can say that I will do my very best with every quilt I'm given, but at the end of the day, I'm a longarm quilter and not a magician. Something important that I try to remind my quilters is that the quilt they bring me is the quilt they will get back.

Can I get my quilt rushed?
-
Unfortunately, no. I do not rush quilts for customers. When you bring your quilt in is when it will go into the lineup.

I have 3 baby quilts that will have the same backing fabric. Can I put them on on 1 extra wide backing without cutting the backing apart?
-
Definitely! I have no issues with doing this. This way you can avoid a $50 minimum charge for each quilt and I'll total up the square inches for all your quilts and calculate your costs off of that.
